- Abnormal: Defects occurring well before the expected lifespan (e.g., a component with > 3-year lifespan failing within a few months).
- Abnormal Defects:
- If you determine that the defect is abnormal, please take the following steps:
- Write a detailed email explaining the situation.
- Include the part details, customer site information, and your assessment.
- Clearly state why you believe the defect is abnormal.
- Send this email directly to me.
